These terms regulate the relationship between “you” as a user of the app, the company and Returntool ApS, (that provides and maintains the technology behind), together from here on named the “Providers”.
It’s a prerequisite to use this app that the user has accepted the terms valid at any given time. If these terms are not accepted, the user cannot make claim to any receivables that have been collected or earned through this app.
Your user profile is personal and therefore rewards and coupons cannot be redeemed by other users that the owner of the profile.
You are only allowed to have 1 user profile in the App.
When redeeming a loyalty reward (stamp card) you are not entitled to stamps on that purchase.
If you in a purchase are entitled to more stamps than are left to fill out on your stamp card, you cannot receive the extra stamps (This limitation has technical reasons and may be changed later – if so you will be notified).
A stamp card cannot be redeemed for a discount on a purchase, on which the you have received stamps.
If you leave from the cashier without receiving stamps you were entitled to, you are not entitled to receive your stamps if you return.
It is furthermore expected that you use the app in accordance with the intentions of app.
The providers reserve the right to deny access, to this app, to users that do not comply with the intentions of the app.
The providers are allowed to send the user messages through the app.
If you wish to stop receiving notifications when the app is not running you can disable this in the app or in your phone settings (depending on the operating system and app version).
When you join this app, you agree that the Providers may send you e-mails to the email address registered to your e-mail account.
The Providers will not sell or pass on your e-mail to any third party.
Your e-mail is amongst other things, used to send you a "reset password" link in the event that you ever lose your password. We will also send you an email, confirming that you are signed up to the service.
The providers store data submitted by the user in order to run the service.
The providers only use your personal information for app administration purposes, and to perform general anonymous market analyses.
The providers will not disclose your personal information, including your email address, to any third party, and will not give other companies access to your registered information.
However the providers may disclose anonymous information, such as general tendencies for the use of this app.
The providers can in no way be made responsible for technical errors, down time or lost data.
The Providers of the app cannot be made responsible for earned stamps, rewards or saved coupons in the event that the service seize to exist.
The providers of the app reserves the right to update these terms, and if so you will be notified automatically next time you use this app.
